New onsite crew Dormitory Trailers to hire

Now you can solve those onsite accomodation problems with our new Dormitory Trailers. These spacious trailers have a slide out and comfortably sleep between 10 and 14 people depending on how the beds are laid out. Being well insulated they are cool in the summer and have a heater for the winter.

	The trailers have a shower and a cartridge emptying toilet.
You can select the following layouts: - 14 beds, no seats - 12 beds, 1 sofa - 10 beds, 2-sofas
	Please note that there is no entertainment system provided. Bedding is provided.

Any quotation will include the cost of delivering and collecting the trailer so please state the times and dates most convenient to yourself.  Sorry but we do not do self-drive as this trailer requires a special fifth wheel coupled towing vehicle.

Hire Pricing 2008

Daily rental base to base = £250

End of hire cleaning charge, inside and outside - £50 (will be more if serious cleaning issues).

Lost keys at £7

Obviously we need to get the trailer or trailers on to the site so we charge for the towing vehicle separately.

Delivery cost of specialist towing vehicle and driver per day = £200 (sorry but no self-drives)

Delivery to and from site from Clevedon @ 70p a mile plus any tolls, ferries, etc.

Example pricing:

Suppose you want to use one trailer at a location in Reading. Delivery to be made 1st June and pick up on the 9th June.  You would pay to deliver £200 + £109 mileage.  The same price to collect.  The rental charge is 9 days at £250 a day = £2,250 - total fee is £2,868 which equals £318 a day in round figures which is much cheaper than a sleeper coach, especially as no per diems or meals are required.  Pricing subject to 17.5% UK VAT

Basic Conditions - please read carefully

Payment is required in advance.  A deposit of £700 may be required against damage (including stains to bedding) and against the return of all keys.  We will give you or your agent the opportunity to sign for the keys and trailer in good condition and to mark any damages on our form on delivery. Any physical damages will be repaired at cost + 20%.
